For those intending to stay longer in the North Richmond area we also have some furnished flats available for rental for a minimum of 1 month from $325/week. Unlike the Serviced Apartments we do not take  advanced bookings on these flats & do not let them out until they are vacant.  The dates when we expect them to be vacated are attached to the floor plans below.  Please click to enlarge.

Linen, kitchen ware cleaning equipment washing machine etc are supplied in the flats but the guests are responsible for day to day cleaning.  The telephones have data points.
