Short Term & Fully Furnished Apartments Melbourne - Floor Plans

For those intending to stay longer we also have some fully furnished, short term apartments in the Melbourne/North Richmond area, available for rental for a minimum of 3 months from $325 - $400/week. Unlike the Serviced Apartments we do not take advanced bookings on these short term apartments & do not let them out until they are vacant.

The fully furnished apartments also include linen, kitchen ware cleaning equipment washing machine etc supplied in the flats - but the guests are responsible for day to day cleaning. The telephones all have data points. Most have high speed ADSL connections. 11B and 13G do not.
